Xylor Jane

Biography

Xylor Jane (Long Beach, CA, 1963) lives and works in Greenfield, Massachusetts. She has developed a unique artistic language that transcends traditional boundaries. Her paintings are characterized by the use of prime numbers, palindromes, and other mathematical sequences, creating visually stunning patterns that resonate with a deep sense of order and harmony.

She has had several solo exhibitions such as New Paintings at Konrad Fischer Galerie in Berlin (2024); Art Wall: Xylor Jane at UC Berkeley Art Museum in Berkeley (2023); Love Streams at Campoli Presti in Paris (2021); Counterclockwise at the University Museum of Contemporary Art in Amherst (2019); she exhibited at Santa Monica Museum of Art in Santa Monica(2015); Say when at Wendy Cooper Gallery in Chicago (2005)
